The next stop was Carmel Valley Ranch, on the famed Monterey Peninsula. In 1996 Steven became the Head Golf Professional as well as teaching along side Shawn Humphries, Director of Instruction and Top 100 Instructor. In 1997 he became a member of the PGA.

In 1999 Steven moved to the Pebble Beach Golf Academy were he trained with and taught along side Llaird Small.

In 2005 he became the west coast lead instructor for ESPN golf schools, In 2006 Steven coached Australian amateur and professional standout Steven Bowditch. 2014 Steven opened his highly acclaimed Soule golf studio in downtown Huntington Beach.

This state of the art studio 1200 ft.² includes FlightScope launch monitors, video equipment and 1000 square-foot putting green complete with three big screen televisions to view all changes.
